Seeking transformation of our world though the power of Jesus Christ

About Us

Founded in 1869, our church building includes remarkable space for worship, Christian education, and service to the community. We rely on Holy Scripture for our foundation as we live out our various callings as the Body of Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
At St Augustine's we seek the transformation of our world through the power of  Jesus Christ. In the words of Philip to Nathaniel when asked if anything good could come out of Nazareth,

"Come and see...." (John 1:46)

Special Service of Healing at St Augustine’s Church with Bishop Mike Chapman on Wednesday, December 11th, 7pm

Bishop Mike Chapman and his wife, Linda, will be visiting St Augustine’s Church to share inspiring stories of healing and share their gifts of healing through Jesus Christ. They are careful not to describe themselves as “faith healers,” instead they direct the attention to the Lord Jesus Christ who does the healing. They are currently visiting here from Peru, where they plant churches among the Quechua people in the Peruvian Andes. They are inspiring and fascinating speakers who plan to show slides of their work in Peru.

Services of Holy Eucharist with Healing Prayer are held Wednesday evenings, twice every month, (2nd and 4th weeks)

Anyone with any need or curiosity is encouraged and welcome to receive.
